To use the kit:

• Take the natal chart essence as you would a flower essence to bring  yourself into alignment with the frequencies of your chart: usually 3 drops under the tongue once or twice a day, but use your own intuition.   Add the essence to washing machine rinse water, & to the bath. If you are sensitive to alcohol you can rub the drops on your skin at the wrist. You can also dissolve a few drops in filtered drinking water and sip it during the day.
• Keep the frequency vial in contact with your body to enhance your energy and add strength and protection. This is particularly useful when traveling, when doing healing work, when stressed, when boundaries are at issue in relationships, in the workplace, etc.
• Put the natal chart up on a wall where you can see it. Put it on your refrigerator door. Sleep with it under your pillow. Trace the aspect lines showing angles between planets with your fingers. Put it under a plate of food or a glass of water.

I have recently discovered an elegant, convenient and effective method to  reinforce your alignment with the core energies represented by your natal astrological chart. In energetic allergy and desensitization work in my office, we discovered that when a client tests weak to a substance, holding the personal chart vial along with the frequency vial for a substance to which they are sensitive, makes them become strong to that substance even before we do the attunement work to clear the sensitivity from the system. If we take away the chart vial, they again test weak to that substance.
